ghost respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. we will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement.

filing a dmca notice

to file a notice, send an email to dmca@ghost.host with:

• your contact information (name, address, email, phone)
• identification of the copyrighted work
• url of the allegedly infringing content
• statement of good faith belief
• statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury
• physical or electronic signature

counter-notice

if you believe content was wrongly removed, you may file a counter-notice with the same requirements plus a consent to jurisdiction.

repeat infringers

we may terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.
